I act as the owner of “The Family Business” and partner of the competence center for family businesses.
Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, I know about the special role that the family plays as an independent but at the same time networked system in interplay with companies, capital and individuals. Therefore, today I think, write, advise and moderate for my clients in small to larger family businesses.

My focus

Family businesses must balance priorities and stay in control. I like complex relationships and am committed to solidarity between family and company and the timely integration of the next generation. I am familiar with dealing with different rationalities and bring clarity and confidence, even in turbulent times.
