Carole Häusermann

For the individual support of companies and their families, I have many years of experience in established financial institutions and an international SME. I supplement my broad specialist and general knowledge with an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen. My steadily growing life experience gives me the space to think farsighted and customised in scenarios for my clients.

Independence has always appealed to me. Presumably, I was born with this attribute. Qualities like these have always belonged to me: Using and designing free space, developing a clear picture of where the journey should go and having the courage to make unconventional decisions, coupled with a large portion of optimism. True to the motto ‘without enthusiasm, something big has seldom been created’.

I have lived and worked in New York, Spain and France to date. If I want to escape the routine and fill up with curiosity - which doesn't happen often with my own family and two children - then I like to pack my backpack and let myself be inspired by distant cultures. To this day, my backpack trips have taken me to more than ten countries, which repeatedly arouses my fascination for other perspectives.
